Privacy Policy

This policy explains what TACNET stores when you use a ReforgerOPS community portal, and that this public website itself does not require an account.

1. This website

reforgerops.com is a public marketing site. It does not set advertising cookies. Hosting logs may record IP address and user agent for security and uptime.

2. TACNET data

Each community instance keeps its own database. That can include operator emails, password hashes, RCON and SFTP settings, Discord server and channel IDs, bot tokens held on the host (never shown in the portal), player names and identity IDs from game logs, SENTINAL reports, ASGARD objectives, and kick or ban audit records.

3. Discord

If SENTINAL or ASGARD is enabled, TACNET posts into the channels that community configures. Discord then processes those messages under Discord’s own policy.

4. Sharing and retention

Operators on that instance and its TACNET-ADMIN can see its data. Communities do not see each other’s databases. Data stays until the host deletes the user, clears records, or deletes the community.

5. Your choices

Operators can change their password, sign out, and ask TACNET-ADMIN to remove their account. Players who appear in logs should contact that community’s operators. TACNET is for adult operators, not children.
